Wanted to start today with my all time favorite Birthday card to date and since I was just making some wedding cards with this set I thought I'd share the Birthday card we made at January Stamp A Stack.
Best Birthday card ever!
Stamps: Rose Wonder Bundle
Inks: Versamark
Cars Stock: Whisper White, Blushing Bride, Perfectly Artistic DSP, Gold Foil Sheets
Accessories: Gold Embossing Powder, Curvy Corner Trio Punch
Whisper White card stock is cut at 51/8 x 3 3/4” for both the inside and outside.
Cut two single flower out of Gold Foil using the single flower thinlit.
Cut out two of the leaves using the largest thinlit.
Cut two 3 x 2 1/2” squares of the Perfectly Artistic DSP.
Using the FIne Tip Glue Pen to adhere the cut out gold foil flowers onto the designer paper and cut around the edges. HINT: Keep the paper snips at a 45 degree angle as you cut and them go slightly under the gold outline. You will get a cleaner and a much easier cut.
Use the Curvy Corner Trio Punch on all of the corners. The punch goes through the double thickness of the folded card stock just fine. I cut the corners on the whisper white card stock for the inside too.
Emboss the saying in gold to match the gold foil on the card.
