Scenes from Leadership

We are back from an exciting time at the Leadership Convention in San Antonio Texas.  Thank God we are safely home! It is a bit of a shock to go from the warmth in Texas to winter in Wisconsin! We had great roads until we were almost to Kansas, then had fog and a little rain, but missed the worst driving weather. We are SO glad to be safely home!

Here is our group: Lyssa, Kim, Melony, Kristen, Cheryl, Kandi, Susan, Jessica, Wendy

Here is the Convention Center with the Riverwalk below.
What a beautiful place to greet us each day.

The Riverwalk was beautiful.  This was taken while on a boat ride down the river.
The colorful umbrellas are from the first Mexican restaurant along the Riverwalk.

It's not hard to find examples of Texas Pride.
Here's a great example of the Texas Flag holding a spot of Honor.

Here you can see all the different restaurants that were along the river.
Each restaurant had their own color umbrella.

At 65 degrees it was COLD (to them!) in Texas.   This restaurant thought ahead and provided blankets for their customers.  There were even propane heaters along the walkway.  When we arrived at our hotel in Oklahoma City and turned the TV on, the breaking news of the day was the cold weather.  The weatherman was advising people to get their parkas! out as it was going to be 40 degrees.  We, of course, had the windows open.

Blankets for their customers

Attending the Stampin Up Conventions are just one of the many benefits of being part of the Stampin Up team.

If you are interested in learning more about becoming a part of our downline, please contact us by phone or by e-mailing us here.  We would love to discuss the possibilities with you.

Happy Stamping!

Wendy & Cheryl
